*Sunday update*
Worked a bit more on the portait on Friday, and this is the (i guess) finally final version:
6 hour study. Started yesterday and finished today. Pretty decent compared to the previous full body long studies i've made, and it wasn't touched by my teacher at all

TDA - Week 7
*Afternoon update*
This is the first pass of the storyboard i'm making. Consists of 13 panels:
I know i promised excercises from the previous-portfolio week, but I'm currently making my storyboard and a character design for the acting part of the portfolio I have to send for the Bachelor in Character Animation. I have some stuff, and probably tonight I'm going to scan and upload them here.
Stuff from this week's class. The first is a 6 hour portrait study, which we are probably going to give 3 hours more. The second is an one and a half hour study of planes from shoes. I'm sorry for the badly composited portrait, but the scanner couldn't fit the whole paper:

TDA - Week 6
Afternoon croquis session.
At the first hour I did this excercise with the free proportions. I drew a custom frame each time, and with this as a guideline I fit the pose into the whole frame.
I'm quite happy with today's croquis because I think I managed to achieve 2 things: One was to transfer the freedom and fluidity of the lines with the free proportions to poses with more normal proportions, and the second was to go into the form, which is what our teacher always notes. "GO INTO THE FORM, DON'T DRAW ONLY THE OUTLINE!" o_O
P.S. This week it's portfolio week with guest teachers talking about storyboarding and character design (I think), so maybe I'll be posting some shit from excercises we may have

TDA - Week 5
This week we did a lot of life drawing, but most of the stuff is corrected from my teacher, so not much to show.
I only have this bust study that is not finished yet and some freestyle stuff. The first one is dedicated to a friend of mine that left this world last year...
