My first commission! Ahaa

Hello again!
A really intensive period in my life... Dissertation that should be finished by mid-December, french language lessons to prepare for France, and no time to draw!

This is my first commission hoho! A relative of mine asked me to draw two teeth for children in school, one happy and one sad. So I did a little search on the internet to see what other artists had done.

The first"happy" tooth is a collection of ideas, even though not a straight copy of a specific illustration, so I couldn't claim it mine.
The second is completely mine though, that's why it sucks :P The arm is really bad, but I didn't put time into it to correct it.

Impatience

I don't have the patience to finish a self portrait from the mirror... If you notice, there is some evidence of the glasses I was wearing, but I was too lazy to finish them (:
Also noticed that i don't give shape to my shadows, and me thinks me have to!

I watched the politicians' debate and did quick caricature drawings (this was the only reason to watch it). Hope there is some similarity.

3D

I was also said that my drawings are not so three dimensional. I'm working towards fixing it, so here is a yesterday profile portrait

Gestures

Some krappy gestures i'm doing these days, watching football and basketball matches. Not very successful i guess, but some of them are worth, me thinks.
I don't know why the heck the blog resizes the image so small. The actual size is 800x4700

I was advised to also do quick drawings, apart from the medium-time drawings that i usually do. So here they are:

Meself revealed

Tried to do a self-portait in front of the mirror, but i didn't manage to finish it. Was tired of holding the mirror!

I must find a better setup for the mirror!

A bit of a disaster

I saw an image and came with this idea to do a funny DonQuixote...with not so much of a sucess though... Got bored to refine it.
